Introduction:

Federal Government Scholarship is a scholarship sponsored by the Federal Republic of Nigeria in order to support the academic pursuits of their subjects. The Federal Government at several occasions in the year provided the students with various undergraduate scholarship.

The scholarship may be slated for the general Nigerian Students or it may be specifically designated for a particular segment of the students. The general goal of the Federal Government scholarships is to assist the students with the payment of their school fees and other basic payments.

In the recent time, the Federal Minister of education through a circular signed by the Perm sec. invites qualified students from the various Universities and college of Educations in Nigeria to make application for their scholarship. The scholarship is available for students in both Year one and above.

Qualification for the scholarship

For you to be qualified to be considered for this Federal Government Scholarship, you must meet up with the following mandatory eligibility criteria:

  1. Applicants studying Education in Nigerian College of Education and Universities
  2. Applicants must be full – time students.

How to Apply for Federal Government Scholarship

For you to be considered for the scholarship, you must make your application for the scholarship as provided by the guide:

  1. Complete form online
  2. Submit and print a copy
  3. Attach photocopies of the following documents:
  4. Letter of Admission
  5. Current School’s Identity Card
